These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SquadBrowser at squadbrowser.app (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

SquadBrowser is a free community aggregator that displays publicly available information about Squad game servers, including server status, maps, player counts and player lists obtained through standard public game-server queries. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Offworld Industries or Valve.

No warranty — data "as is"

All information is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability of any data, including server status or player information. We do not guarantee any level of uptime and may change or discontinue the Service at any time.

Accounts

Some features require signing in with Steam. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download our pages or API beyond reasonable personal use, or circumvent rate limits;
• use the Service to harass, dox, or harm other players;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the data for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.

Player tracking lists

Tracking features rely on publicly broadcast player information. You must use them lawfully and must not use them to stalk, harass, or otherwise harm individuals.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquadBrowser and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from reliance on any data it displays.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
